1) HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery within Malaysia will take 3 – 5 Business days and international delivery will take 14 – 21 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
The courier fees is RM8,however we offer free shipping for orders RM100.(WEST MALAYSIA)
*Orders that are being shipped outside of Malaysia will range anywhere from RM50 - RM150. Please feel free to email us if there is anything we can further assist you with.
For Pre-order will take up to 2months to deliver to your door step.
2)HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
3)HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at cs@medandkate.com
4) HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
We recommend emailing us immediately at CS@Medandkate.com OR our Facebook page upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
5) REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 14days from the day you've received your parcel. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and not damaged). Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

6) WHAT'S THE TIMELINE FOR MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-15 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange or refund.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
As an online business our prices change in response to Promotion, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.
